router?

alright well i wana get a router because i want to be able to play my ps2 and for the future my ps3 onine.. right now i am using a modem that was provided to me by rogers and i believe i have high speed DSL.

Which router should i get ?? i dont want any lag! and the price doesnt really matter since i will probably buy it of ebay.. so just tell me model.. im thinking of linksys or d-link.

 

Ive been using a D-Link for about 4 yr now, model DI-604, I haven't had any problems.
This model fine for DSL or High speed cable.

 

but do you play online game with ps2 or xbox??

One of my kids play's online games I had to open a port for him.
The other kid just plays with himself "LOL"
As for ps2 or xbox online, I dont think we have xbox, I'd have to ask him about ps2 online.

I'm no lag expert
Seems wireless router's have lag problems, probably should avoid wireless.
