How a router gets an IP address when it is connected to internet?
    Can this address be dynamic?
How a computer connected to the router gets the IP address of the router?

A router get IP address from the ISP.
Yes this address can by Dnyamic(throught DHCP Server) or Static where you will be given specific address to use by the ISP
a computer connected to the router get's IP through inbuilt DCHP server in the router, it can also be assigned static IP address that allows it to communicate with the router.
