Roxio Goback issues

    Ive been trying to install Roxio Goback 3 Deluxe but everytime its creating the .bin file it shows up this error:
    "Unable to create gobackio.bin. Restart your system and rerun setup. If this problem presists call technical support.
    i restarted but same error comes up
