Roxio issue?

I just upgraded from roxio easy media creator 9 to roxio easy cd & dvd burning (I did uninstall creator 9) and now i get this error message.:banghead

 

I assume ye tried rebooting? Try uninstalling the software, then run ccleaner.

 

If you want to uninstall roxio do it from "Your uninstaller 2006".http://www.majorgeeks.com/Your_Uninstaller_2006_d2439.html

When you uninstall roxio with this app,it will delete every remaining files in registry and in Windows,that normaly will be leftover by the app uninstaler.Reboot,and then install new roxio.
