   How do I restart RPC? I can not get some parts of web pages to open.If you click on some part of a page that is supposed to send you to a link it does not.Please help......

   Click Start-Run and type in services.msc
   
   Then, go down to remote procedure call (RPC) and right click and select properties.
   
   You can then start it. Also make sure that startup type is automatic.
