RPCSS & IE Font issues

Sorry all..Hope I'm not starting a new thread, but I didn't see any help in FAQ.

I am having trouble with my IE fonts and screen size changing and not fitting correctly. Also, when I go to Internet Options etc it hangs up and I have to "end task" In addition, as of late, I am getting an "RPCSS not responding" window on shutdown.

I am running McAfee Antivirus,Personal Firewall,Privacy Service which shows a clean scan. Spybot found 5 files but I was still having trouble so I tried Spysweeper which found 28 files and quarantined. However, still the same problems...
Thanks for any help that will clear up these issues.
