   Over the course of a week, my WinXp system generates thousands of 8Kb, RSF files in the local temp directory. Does someone know why this is happening??
   
   Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

   Do you use any of the applications from companies listed here http://filext.com/file-extension/RSFthat use the file extention .rsf?
   
   Right click one of these files > click Properties and then look throught each of the tabs for any clues as to what application or company these belong too, Details Tab may hold a clue. Are you letting them mount up or deleting the temp location as they build up each week?

   Nope... no program is listed that I use.
   
   I am thinking it might have something to do w/ WinAvi video converter....I use that a lot.
   
   I will try to see if there is some sort of correlation between them.
