Ruler display software ???

Any idea where to find a good freeware program to display a ruler on the screen with programs like Excel2003 which do not provide rulers ?

Maybe a separate display that would border the PC screen on top of any other application like Excel etc.

Couldnt find any MG downloads, but then may have missed it.

Works pretty good for a freebe.
At least better than the one I found.
Other one didnt expand to fit the screen, although it was an L so covered both horiz and vert.
Another crazy thing about it was couldnt get it removed with cp/add/remove.
Would be nice to find something with actual overlay grid.
But, Jruler should work just fine.

Thanks for the feedback. I would try Revo Uninstaller to remove the other app, This is a great tool that removes those programs/files that add/remove cant remove because of the in built uninstaller of that program may be missing or corrupt. Revo can be found here....
