Run a windows 95 game on windows 2k

I have an old game that i want to run. It installed fine but wont run. In windows xp there is a compatability wizard for this sort of thing. Is there anything similar for windows 2000

 

Yes win 2000 and xp are free of the dos kernel but in 95 it was still an active part of the os and as such you will need the program for it just google it and see what there is or perhaps someone here has a site suggestioin

I just found the solution.

If you are running win2k and have sp4 enter the following command under run

[font=Verdana, Arial]regsvr32 %systemroot%\apppatch\slayerui.dll

this will allow you to use the compatability wizard under the properties of the file
