Run as command box wont go away...

    Can someone please tell me how to make this "run as" box stop popping up constantly everywhere I go? (for selecting a user)

    I know what he means, is it the box that appears when to select "Run as..." from the context menu? Check for malware trying to get you to give it adminitrator access, and mabye someone has seen that before.
