Run command history NOT remembered

    Hello,

    I have a machine with XP Pro SP2.
    For some reason the computer fails to remember my recent commands that I entered through Start->Run...
    On the other hand the Run history does contain URLs for some reason (which I would like not to have because they just clutter the list.
    I don't know if this is related or not, but it seems to have a problem in remebering the toolbars I have placed in the task bar (such as Quick Launch and user-defined toolbars).

    Any ideas?
