Run programs at startup

    How do i manually configure programs to run on startup

    i have marked these programs to run on startup on there programs but when i reboot it never startup such kaspesky and zonealarm

    can i do this manually in windows to configure which programs to run on startup:confused:

    Most programs will have the option within their own settings check this out I'm certain ZoneAlarm does

    If 9x or XP, click start, then run, then type in msconfig (press enter).

    Next, go to the "Startup tab" and make sure that ZA and Kaspersky are checked within here. If they are not, check them, then press ok.

    za is in there how do i add additional startup items in there:confused:

    If there is no option in msconfig or the programs own options you could add a shortcut of the program the the Start Menu/Startup folder.

    Becareful what you add though. The computer may take a long time to be ready when booted up.
