Run-time error 2147220504

Hi,

my software program does not longer want to do backups and comes up with Run-time error-2147220504 (800403e8)': invalid procedure call or argument, and shuts straight away. All other functions run okay.
Program name: Tas Books 1 v.6
OS: Win7

Is there something I could change in the system to help?

I've had different problem before: error "run time error 6, overflow" and deleting temporary files helped.

Our support run out back in 2007.
I guess we need to update to more recent program.
