Every time I log on to Windows, from any user ID, I get a pop up error message.
The header of the message says "RUNDLL" and the text says something to the effect "cannot load cmicnfg.cpl; the specifide module is missing"

I've searched the forums for cmicnfg.cpl to no avail.

Just finished a clean install of my OS so I'm not tolerant of faults yet!

Try reinstalling your audio drivers with the latest version. There is a good chance they were not compatible with Sp2.
