Rundll Error at Startup

Good Day Geeks. I'm getting an error message at startup on my winXP PC. I removed "Wild Tangent" w/Spybot, but apparently I didn't get it all. The message at startup reads:
"Error Loading C:\ProgramFiles\wild tangent\Apps\CDA\cdaengine0400.dll"

Is there a way to get rid of this item and stop it from coming up at startup? It's not in my startup folder.

go to start ..run..type

msconfig

go to startup tab and remove the offending item from the list.
