am a newbie so be kind. I have a Audio problem (no audio) and I think it is related to a rundll error. C:\windows\system32\NvCpl.dll is the error. I have read another post and downloaded this program PC Wizard. I have 3 files with system error flags (red X's) if they would be helpful. I have windows XP Pro, C-media sound card.
    Thanks

Use EVEREST which will identify your sound card and supply driver links.

As far as NvCpl.dll, that is an nVidia driver file for your video card/chip, and it's not related to your audio.

While you have Everest, I suggest you update your motherboard drivers also.

Try reseating the cables. Next, look for sound icon in systray. If it's not there, try reinstalling the driver.
    Cheers,
