rundll32.exe missing

    I'm running WinME, and I've been hijacked. I can't access my internet options on my control panel, and can't right-click My Computer to disable System Restore. I've run Ad-Awarw w/ VX2, Spybot, CCleaner, Blaster,AVERT, CWShredder, & Kill2Me, & about:Buster. I don't have the WInMe disc, and I've found the rundll32 file, but It's not run as an executable. I'm totally stumped. Any of you geeks out there can help me? Thanks in advance for your time and efforts. This is my first post and I'm kinda desperate. Thanks again. Will reply to all whether they work or not.
