Running programs advice

    I know I am running more then I should, esp. while playing online games. of this list, what do you think I do not need. I have windows xppro. DSL hookup

    Attached a file of running programs

    Only my PC hooked up for internet access

    Anything that is running with your username next to it is usually safe to close, except explorer.exe obviously!
    I wouldn't close anything that the System or Network Service are using.
