running programs

It's me again. I've got a few problems with running .exe programs, I'm not sure which ones to keep and which one's to delete, I'd really rather not screw up my parent's computer. So I'll just list the ones that seem unreliable and you can give me feed back, k? much appreciated.

ctfmon.exe
LEXPPS.EXE
tfswctrl.exe
WlanCU.exe
hkcmd.exe
igfxpers.exe

and there's TWO Spy Sweepers that are on my task bar, I can't close them because they're "locked" by the system
