Running slow, freezing

I'm not sure if this is in the right forum, I'm sorry if not, I couldn't see an ideal one.
Basically my Advent QT5500 has had issues in the past slowing it down, crashing. However recently it has beome quite a pain (... Not Responding at the top of the screen).
I just ran reimage repair and it looks like I am simply using too much of the memory, it said free memory is 22% and may be causing it to run slowly.
I am asking (assuming this is the root of the problem as nothing much else came up) is there a way of mapping where my memory is being used that perhaps I can click into to drill down to get more info about memory usage?

Antispyware programs I used in the past:
Malwarebytes, super anti-spyware, spybot s&d, kasper sky removal tool, & dr. web cureit!

Process & memory usage:
Process explorer and another is SIW. I tried one recently (full feature is pay) called ReImage Repair.

Let us know how it turns out.

 

Hold down the 2-> Control-Alt, Tab the Delete key, will show you the memory usage on progams running.

Clean your Catche, As in the browser is open. See tools? Internet options, browsing history delete button. On cookies, I take the check outta it and run Malwarebytes and Super-antispyware later to take out any uglys, found in the top downloads here.

Temp internet files slow down the computer also.


I'd also run Ccleaner program found in top downloads in the home page here. To find issues in the registry and cleaner tabs.
