Runtime Error (at -1:0):

when i click install mbam (malware bytes anti malware), i select "english" and then receive the runtime error (at -1:0): does anyone know how to fix this? if so please help

i received a regsvr32 problem and i downloaded the Microsoft Visual Basic Common Controls but i don't know what resvr32.exe is someone help? i can create a folder that's named %WINDIR%\SYSTEM32 but what is the resvr32.exe part?
