Runtime Error "wish to debug"

Hello,

I'm ashamed to admit this but for about 2 years now, everything i try to log into certain pages (ex. gmail) i get this attached pop-up. i can either hit "no" and be on my way or hit "yes" about 12 times before i'm allowed to proceed. Is this a simple fix? I've done the recommended spyware, adware, malware removals. Thanks in advance.

Well, this is now more of a future reference for others thread...
I simply went to Windows Online and ran the Debugger. It's all good now.
