runtime error

I don't know if this is the right forum or not. But my problem is when I try to open outlook express 6 I get the following message " Runtime Error!
Program:C:\Program Files\Outlook Express\msimn.exe

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information."

Can you please tell me how to fix this problem? Thanks in advance for your help.

Is there a limit on how many identities you can have? When I restore my eighth identity I get the same error message but did not get it on any of the first seven I restored. Thank you.
