Runtime Error?

I installed Musicmatch 10. After installation. a message box came up and says "This application has requested the runtime to terminate in an unusual way. Contact applications support team for more information". I then clicked "finish".
A box came up with this information."Musicmatch has detected a problem with a component. We have prepared a report about the problem" I then gave them the information about the problem, but when I clicked "send", it didn't work. I then went to Music Match site and clicked "support" and sent the information from there. Since I doubt that I will hear from them, I'm turning to you guys again. I also looked for information about Runtime files with search engine, but didn't understand a lot, at least not enough to fix my problem. Thanks for any help you can give me.

 

Have you tried just re-installing.
