Runtime error

    Every time I start up Earthlink I get a Runtime error Program:C\Program File\Earthlink ToTal Access\UpdMgr.exe I have done about everthing I can to get rid of this but (nothing) Earthlink seems not to know anything ....... The only thing left to is remove and reinstall, unless anyone has a quick fix i might be missing thks all
