Sometimes when I go to certain websites, I get a window pop up that states "A runtime error has occurred. Do you wish to debug? Line: 102 Error: Access is denied."

What does this mean? I am running Windows 2000 Pro and I have the most updated Internet Explorer and service packs. Thanks in advance!

It's a script error handling issue in IE
    Try THIS:
In IE go to tools>>internet options>>advanced tab and then under browsing check the box that says 'disable script debugging (Internet Explorer)'
check the box that says 'disable script debugging (Other)
and uncheck the box that says 'Display a notification about every script error'

    ;)
