Was listening to a global arms expert on CBC radio on the way home, he basically said it was posturing. What they are supposedly doing is replacing "worn out" missiles with new ones, and they are different than what the rest of the world has because they are mobile. I think the article alluded to that.

 

They've been developing new nuclear weapons since 1949. Those of us who lived through the Cold War will tell you that once you get used to living under the constant threat of nuclear annihilation, you hardly will even give it a second thought.

 

Thanks for that. Very interesting. I cant wait to see what happens with the US the next four years!
