RXBOT.info horrible Virus

Hi everyone,

When I turn my computer on (Windows XP), it immediately connects to the internet, launches explorer, and goes to the following site:
http://rxbot.info/bcuzZ.html

In addition, the browser uses 100% of the CPU, making any other apps impossible. And, of course, it makes surfing the web impossible. So in effect, it's made my PC a zombie.

I've downloaded some info, and I purchased MacAfee VirusScan 8.0 (I'm going to install it tonight). However, if anyone is familiar with this horrid virus, and you have any tips, I'd LOVE to hear them.
