   Everytime I try to run anti-spyware, Virus search, etc programs I get the Blue screen. They will run for a few seconds and then....crash city!
   
   Any one know why this happens...???

   Which anti-spyware programs have you run? Include version numbers.
   Which anti-virus program and version number?
   What is the bluescreen exact message?
   What about trying everything in safe mode?
   Do you have all Windows Updates installed?
