S-video out w/out sound?

    Hey - I want to run video out of my laptop, but not sound. I own Klipsch promedia speakers that don't have a decoder, and I don't want to spend $130 for the creative ddts-100 - so I was hoping there was a way I could run the video out to my TV, and still send the sound out to my speakers directly from my computer. Is there a cable that will allow me to do this?

    S-Video only trasmits video, not sound. So it sounds like you will be fine.

    Yeah, I use the same thing to run movies on my family room TV with the speakers on my desktop.
