Safari Windows Error

    i keep getting this error:
    Safari can’t open the page.
    Safari can’t open the page “https://ui.labor.state.ny.us/” because Safari can’t establish a secure connection to the server “ui.labor.state.ny.us”.

    i can get to the site fine with IE and Moz FF... I can get to the site with safari on my dad's pc (xp).. i'm using a laptop with vista.. i'm using the most update to safari etc etc

    i have TRIED ALL TROUBLE shooting tips.. please advise..
