    Hi

For starters, open a Command Prompt and type "ipconfig /flushdns" without the quotes and press enter. See if that resolves the issues of some URLs not working.

Do you mean you get errors when you boot to safemode, or it crashes, or you're unable to get to safemode?

What URLs? What web browser are you using, and have you tried any others? Has it always been like this? If not, did it happen soon after something significant - malware, or new software installed, or some error messages etc?

Until we know more about your situation it's hard to guess the cause, but as a shot in the dark you could check this:
    1. Go to Internet Explorer
    2. Click Tools in the toolbar
    3. Click Internet Options
    4. Select the Connections tab
    5. Click on LAN Settings
    6. Verify that none of the three checkboxes/tickboxes are checked/ticked. If any are, then clear them.
    7. Click OK, and try the URL again

for the urls, do the following: open internet explorer, click on tools and select internet options. this should open up a seperate window. go to the advanced tab to the far right of the window. then, look towards the bottom, you should see a rectangular button labeled "reset" click reset and just wait a few moments.

    for safe mode try this:
try to boot into safe mode with command prompt. once in their type: explorer.exe
this should give you a task bar at the bottom of the screen to allow you to navigate around.
