   I was going through your steps on "read & run me first". The PC would not boot to safe mode, from using the F8 key. It would start and then reboot. So I did the Symantec deal by using: Run, then msconfig, and on the boot tab checking Safe Boot. Now the PC just reboots over and over. It won't boot in any mode. Please help!
