Safe Mode

    can not access Safe Mode, BSOD appears & can not go any further in Win XP.

    Sounds like you have corrupt system files. Which then leads me think you have a failing, or failed hard drive. Could be other things too, like bad ram. But most of the time it is the hard drive that causes that kinda issue.
