safe mode

can someone tell me how to get out of safe mode..... tried start normally

 

Welcome to Geeks,

What O/S are you using? and how come you got into safe mode in the first place, a little more info would help the guys here.

 

i deleted something and then put windows xp pro back in and i sent me in there ive tryed starting it on normal, debug, i wasnt sure what to do thats why i re installed windows xp.. when it starts up it comes up a black page and askes me to click what windows xp i wont... ive tried both and it still comes back on when i start

 

Question-- did you do a clean install of XP

 

yes, just put the disc in and started over

 

when i put comp on it says pick what program, the screen is black and there are to window xp/ fast something......i have tried picking both and it takes me into in start up.. its the only was to get on

 

sounds like the same kinda probs ronnie had, does it ask looks like you are gonna have to delete one of the operating systems now on your pc

OK- gotta ask do you have a purchased XP cd-or a recovery disk ?

 

i do have a reg xp yes but when i run it now its keeping both programs


its like i have 2 xp programs in my comp,

OK here's how to get rid of the two,and reinstall XP----First do some reading and if you have to make a copy of instructions.Don't hurry ---read thoroughly.Let us know how you made out.
