Safe sites for free movies

I like to watch free oldies from time to time. I've used Hulu and I know youtube offers some as well.

A search for "free movies" returns lots of sites. But I'm very cautious. Can anybody here provide a list of known, safe movie sites please?

 

Netfix?

My movie site of choice is actually Hulu, but I find their selection a bit lacking at times.

 

Netflix, isn't free exactly.. It is for the two week trial but then you have to pay. Mind you, it isn't much at all and I almost went for it but I changed my mind :-D

I know of a few indexing (meaning, not hosting or downloading) sites but I don't know if I am allowed to say.

 

That's kind of the drawback with wanting free, you're stuck with streaming sites, and of all the ones out there, I think I prefer Hulu.

 

Hulu does have great quality but sometimes I get tired of the commercials and they don't keep the episodes on the site that long. That's when I flip around on the other sites indexing sites.

 

What "other sites"? That is what I am looking for.

This is true, and I admit to mocking my wife to scorn when she signed up for it.:-o However the fee isn't much, and if you have an Xbox 360 or a wii console hooked to the internet, you can stream tons of movies right to your TV set. The selection isn't as big as their entire inventory, but there are still quite a few movies. One drawback I've found is you can't do a search for a specific movie title. But, watching movies like this doesn't cost any more, nor does it effect the movies they send you in the mail. The turn around time for mailed movies is amazing. All in all, I've found it a good expense.

I heard that netflix is good but many times online they didnt have the movies my friends wanted to watch. I thought they had all movies.. but I dont know personally.

 

Give www.stagevu.com a go. Gives the option to either view the movie on the site via a divx browser add-on, or you can download the material.

Same here. But i have one coming in everyday i have the 3 out at a time and have them spaced so i always have one coming in. right now started season 5 of stargate SG1
