safemode broken???

ok here it goes i think i have a trojan or some major spyware issues ...so im trying to go ito sakemode to do somestuff in it but when i try to load it into safe mode it just reboots in to reg windows...anyone have any ideas

ok this is what happens ...When I reboot my computer, I start tapping F8 button to get the advanced boot menu options--> from the advanced options I select the safe mode -->and then it shows windows safe mode and then i get the box to select yes or no and then blam it just restarts...abd thats as far as i get

 

ok i was able to get in to safemode by disabling a startup thing called eyguejv.exe ...i did a scan from there and it said it found a trojan called eyguejv.exe but it copuld not remove it or do anything with it and i did a google search and a few other searches and nothing...can someone help me with this and is there a way to remove it from my startup menu...plus both my virus scaners are dead AntiVir and norton and for some reason my adware and spybot shortcuts and in my menu r gone but when i go into the programs menu they r there...what gives?????

 

Go to start, run msconfig.

Does it show up in the startup list?

If it does, it will show where it is located and what reg key is loading it.

 

i figured it out ...i was abile to get back into safemode after 100 tries again and i ran a few scanners from online and they found like 20 viruses and trojans...still trying to figure out how i got them....but i got everything fixed now ...all i know is that when i looked 1 of them up it said that it was a virus and trojan downloader and mass spyware....
