SAM help

I am in a lounge on FUBAR and it has six available live cams. I got SAM in order to be able to play music through the respective DJ's collections from their computers. What I would like to know it whether I need to have a server in order to make this happen? Is it at all possible to use SAM without a server and just run it from their respective computers into the lounge? Also, will SAM help with streaming video into the cam's? We have significant downtime on live cams during the day and would like to run archived video files through the cams during the day. Will SAM support this or is there another way to do it? I am thinking that there should be away to utilize WMP for this function but I cannot grasp the thread running through my head that is leading me to how to do it or set it up. If I need a server for SAM, where can I find one online that is reasonably cheap. As in a server that I do not have, but is maintained somewhere else and I just pay for the usage and control of it. I will be buying one eventually but I am in a pinch and need to get the music working with SAM asap and the video set-up secondly. Any and all help is appreciated.
