Same error listed many times in Event Viewer

64bit Windows 7 Home Premium. The owner of this PC says it reboots/shuts off at random. So far, it hasn't rebooted/powered off in the past 2+ hours since I first powered up, but in the Event Viewer, in the Applications section, there are numerous entries for this same error (screen shot attached). I'm not sure if it's related to rebooting/shutting down. The 2nd screen shot attached is one of several entries all in a row at the exact same time (or within a 20 second window). The file names tell me something is up with MS Works, and one of 'em mentions Adobe Air. Again, I have no idea what these errors are all about. Any info is appreciated.

 

I did some Googling on the first error, and so far have found absolutely nothing of use. Sure, there's a ton of stuff out there, but most of 'em are unanswered forum posts.
