Anybody know if the Samsung power adaptor 12V DVE DSA-60W-12 1 12060 PSU is compatible with Model DSA - 60W-12-1 12048 ? I'm thinking about the physical connection to the laptop rather than any power stuff.

I've checked pictures of both. It appears that the connections are identical.

The connections must be physically identical but also wired in the same manner. That is, you need to look at your PS and note if the Positive side is the center pin or the shield then ensure the new PS is wired the same way.

The voltage, of course, must be same. Current is less important as long as it is enough to fully charge. More current capability typically just means the battery will charge faster (if the charging circuits allow).
