Not really but while I have delt with Apple, Nokia and Samsung software at times it depends on what Windows version you have also, so what are you using?

Are you logged into the Admin account on the PC?


If Vista or Windows 7 then is it 32bit or 64bit?
If Vista or Windows 7 then try the setup file this way right click it and choose Run as Administrator

IIRC the software uses Java, so install latest Java Runtime for your PC and then follow exactly the install instructions in the manual, so for instance some install instructions want the phone not plugged in until you are told to and some want it plugged in.

When installing the software what errors or messages do you get, when you try to connect the phone are there any messages or warnings? as much info the better.
