Sandisk Memory Stick Rro Duo 1GB

Alright, I didn't really know where to put this, so I put it here

Anyway, I have a Sandisk Memory Stick Pro Duo that is 1GB in Size. I use it for my PSP and the about a month ago, I was putting something on it called WinPSP on it in the root directory. During the middle of the transfer, my computer froze, and then I rebooted it because it was just staying frozen. So I reboot it, and I turn on my PSP, the memory stick is there and it says "No Memory Stick Inserted" or something like that. And if I connect it to the computer, it dosen't read anything either. Help please. Thanks
