    My software assessor states that my new computer windows 7 is underusing or under loading the capacity of my CPU. If this is true how do I change this I have ever only seen it use 1or 2% per cent of capacity. I t sounds good but I really don't know what it means:p Can anyone help please

    Depending on your system, the graphics card can use a fair bit of memory, and so less cpu power- latest cpu's are said to have graphics incorporated, but I have not gone into that at present, myself.
    If you have plenty of ram, and well balanced programs, your procecessor will be very comfortable, and only peak when stressed (like gaming, or, working on videos etc:.

    If your machine does not get hot, and does what you want it to- I would not be too concerned. Of course as a Geek, or, a Nurd we all do.........
