In XP, is it possible to share my Excel calendar in "C:" with others in a shared "F:"?

I'm sitting in for someone on leave, and would like to set up a "proprietary- view only" and a "password entry" as well.

Any help would be greatly appreciated,

The easiest thing is to move the sheet to the F: drive then passwword protct the cells (Right click on cells and choose the protection tab.)

    Corporal Punishment,

Thank you so much for your help. I was able to share the calendar, which helped to keep everyone on the same page, so to speak.

Would you mind helping with another one?

I was thinking that it would be great to share the Outlook, 2003, calendar in the shared "F" without having to copy to a spreadsheet. Can I copy, or move MS Outlook itself from "C" to "F" without doing any harm to any other programs in "C"?

    Thanks Again For Your Expertise,
    Sandra009
