Ive got an ASUS m2n-sli mobo (NOT the deluxe version) with a sata HD hooked up. I want to add a second HD with an ide connection for storage (its an older spare HD I forgot I had laying around never even opened). How exactly do I do that. Is it just a matter of plugging in the ide hd and selecting the sata as the primary drive?

Plug it in, and in your BIOS, make sure SATA is above the IDE hard drive in the boot order, and all should be well. Most likely, just plug it in and go, but if you have any problems, it is most likely the boot order in the BIOS.
