sata (raptor) and win98

Specs first:
36g WD Raptor
160g WD SATA 7200
Asus A7N8XE
Win 98 SE + Win 2000pro (hopefully)

I'm trying to install 98se and 2000pro on the raptor in a dual boot config. When I startup with my 98 start up disk, it hangs before giving me a prompt (right before it normally would do so). I suspect it is because I haven't given it the sata drivers, but I'm not sure how to do this. Unlike 2000, you can't F6 to specify SCSI/Raid drivers.

Also, the Asus site only has 2000/XP sata drivers in the download section of the A7N8XE. Does this mean I'm screwed?

Basiculy i would say yes your screwed as far as sata and win98, personally I wouldn't even bother getting it to work because if you do get it to work it probably won't work well. Just use 2000.
