my computer was having problems about 4 weeks ago. there was no signal on the monitor, i tried several things and came to the conclusion that i had somehow fried my motherboard. i bought a new motherboard, an AB9 Pro. i bought two 512mb sticks of ram for it also, should be working fine.... sold my old agp card because the ab9 does not accept agp. i got pretty much the same card but PCIE and has a heatsink without a fan. so now i'm having trouble setting it up. it boots, power to the mobo etc, cmos clock shows 8.2 constantly
    i'll post my hardware

    pentium D - 3.06ghz
two 512mb sticks, kingston 800mhz ram
    256mb pcie x1650 pro
    160gb ide hd

i tried going through the ide port with the ide harddrive, it should support it. it boots for 10-12 seconds and shuts down, leaving on a red led near the power supply connection to the mobo and showing 8.2. on the cmos thing

this is what I found in your motherboard manual under post codes
8.2. = Enable ATX power supply
    also check this http://www.uabit.com/faq_popup.php?model=323&faq_id=756

You may need to check that power supply to make sure its putting out the right voltage and make sure all required power is plugged in correctly
