Saving $45/month by switching to DSL

only drawback it I am dropping from 5mb/sec cable to 3 mb/sec dsl, but I think that It should be fine.

what do you think?, is it worth paying $45 dolllars less on the phone bill (for unlimited usage) to go to dsl?
the company is Sprint.

I have Sprint 5mbs and gave up cable. My cable speed would go up and down, the reason for this I was told was there were a lot of people on line in the area and if I lived in an apartment it would vary even more. With Sprint I was told that my 5mbs is like having a dedicated line and the speed would'nt change for any reason. For the dsl and my phone it cost me $80.00 per month. So far the speed has been great and no slow downs. Hope this helps
