Saving as : Random file name

Hi, I'm new to both the website and the forums - but I gotta say I like em both =)

But onto the reason I'm posting -

I use Notepad a lot more than I should I use it as a text clipboard, to write down random thoughts, to do simple text editing.
Usually when I'm using it there are better things I could be doing.. so I like to try and save time.

What i've been looking to do (looking to no avail) is to make a third option on my file menu "Save as Date" where as Notepad (Or whatever program I'm using) will automatically save whatever I've writen to a folder like this
C:\Save as date\01-11-04\1.txt

Is there anything programs out there like this? Any reg. changes I can make?

I just want to mash some keys, and have it save n close without me having to think about it.

Jeeze I'm lazy.
