Saving Problems

I am running wandows 2000 & XP Pro Workstations connected to a debian server. When running Adobe Pagemaker 7.0 I experience problems saving to the folder I open the file from. I get "serious Internal Error" or Cannot save Dialogs. If I go to the desktop or sometimes just one directory up I can save the file and then copy it back into the proper folder. This seem like a Windows security issue but I'm not sure. It is sporadic throughtout all of my workstations. Adobe isn't much help. The companies just seem to want to point the finger at each other.

If anyone out there can provide some input on this I would greatly appreciate it!
